Early Childhood Education Level 2 students at Royal Oak campus have paid tribute to Samoan Language Week. They adorned beautiful pale (floral headpieces) and performed songs.
The class learned the melody, Le Aute about different Samoan flowers. Students gave a rendition of the greeting song, Sa vali vali accompanied by the ukulele.
A Samoan learner, Elena, shared interesting facts about the country and taught members of the audience how to count from one to 10 in the language. It proved an enriching experience for all.
