With over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction, Jeff has developed a comprehensive understanding of New Zealand's regulatory landscape.
His career has spanned every phase of the building consent process, including lodgement, processing, inspections, and quality management, along with territorial authority functions such as building enforcement and certification.
His teaching qualification from Auckland Council BCA opened new doors to share his knowledge through industry-relevant diplomas. Today, as a technical expert and advisor for IANZ, MBIE, NZ Standards and various academic panels, he continues to contribute to the field.
Jeff holds academic qualifications in architecture, building control surveying, has a Master in Construction Management and PhD in Building Regulation.
