Gagan has been a vital part of Future Skills since 2007, playing a key role in its growth and achievement of Category 1 status by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. As Deputy CEO, he drives business growth and explores new opportunities through innovative technology and marketing strategies.
Gagan also led the development of the online portfolio platform, www.iamcapable.co.nz, enhancing learner capabilities and graduate employability. As a founding member of the Otago Polytechnic Auckland International Campus in 2012, he also helped establish the team and foster significant growth.
Before joining Future Skills, Gagan was an entrepreneur, founding a logistics company in India and working with Aviva Life Insurance and Times Internet to develop new business models.
