Shikha holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Auckland. She also has a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Auckland University of Technology. She has recently submitted her PhD thesis for examination at AUT.
Shikha has worked as a Teaching Assistant and Workshop Leader at AUT over the past six years. Her research relates to digital accessibility and technology for social inclusion.
Shikha recognises that each student has a unique background and learning pace, and she aims to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that caters to everyone.
Her interests outside of work include playing badminton and running marathons.
