Andrea holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and has worked in the education industry for more than 17 years.
Her research interests include global education, focusing on differences in educational systems worldwide and access to education in various countries, particularly in relation to equivalences with the New Zealand system.
Her goal is for the organisation to provide a personalised, supportive, and engaging experience for each learner that helps them grow in their knowledge, skills, and confidence.
She likes growing with the team, sharing her ideas, offering support, and learning from each other's strengths.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys running, cycling, HIIT or other cardiovascular exercises, yoga, and Pilates.
