Jaimin began his journey in the New Zealand tertiary education sector in 2010 as an Assistant Marketing Staff member while pursuing his business studies. His dedication and performance led to a promotion to Market Manager, a role in which he focused on student recruitment from India and the Subcontinent for over a decade.
Over the years, he has built strong relationships with agents, students, and stakeholders, developing deep insights into international recruitment trends and regional student needs. He also led a high-performing marketing team for over two years, demonstrating strong leadership, strategy execution, and team management skills.
Jaimin has a track record in international marketing, cross-cultural communication, and student engagement. He is passionate about supporting learners from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, ensuring they receive tailored and effective guidance throughout their educational journey. His goal is to guide each student toward the right academic path and ensure they have the support they need to succeed from inquiry to graduation.
