Reading and Writing graduate Tabitha Williams is on track to becoming a carpenter. She is learning the tools of the trade at the Manukau Institute of Technology.
Her academic journey began with studying the Reading and Writing programme at Future Skills Academy's Manukau campus. Tabitha then diligently worked on achieving 5000 points doing the Reading module in Pathways Awarua, a literacy learning tool to support her foundation knowledge of the English language. Not content to stop there, she launched her carpentry training.
